Refund Policy – Chanson Workspaces
At Chanson Mart Private Limited, we strive to maintain transparency and fairness in all our transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be applicable for services offered by Chanson Workspaces.
1. General Refund Policy
- All payments made towards memberships, workspace rentals, meeting rooms, or additional services are non-refundable, except where explicitly stated or required under applicable law.
- Once a membership or booking has commenced, no refunds will be issued for partial usage, early termination, or non-utilization of services.
2. Membership Refunds
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership is activated.
- If a cancellation request is submitted before the membership start date, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined solely at the discretion of Chanson Mart Private Limited.
3. Workspace & Meeting Room Bookings
- Cancellations for meeting rooms or workspace bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking time to be considered for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time, or failure to attend (no-shows), are not eligible for refunds.
- Refunds, if approved, may be issued in the form of a credit note that can be used for future bookings at Chanson.
4. Event Space Bookings
- Event space bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- In exceptional circumstances, Chanson may allow rescheduling, subject to availability and prior management approval.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of refund approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds may be provided if a service cannot be delivered due to operational issues directly attributable to Chanson.
- Any statutory or legally mandated refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
