2. Membership & Workspace Usage
Chanson Mart Private Limited provides flexible workspace solutions including hot desks, private cabins, meeting rooms, and event spaces. Memberships and bookings are non-transferable and must be used only by the registered user.
- Members must check in at the front desk when required.
- Shared spaces must be used respectfully and kept clean.
- Meeting rooms must be booked in advance and used only within the allotted time.
3. Payments & Billing
All membership fees, workspace rentals, and additional service charges must be paid before or on the due date. Late payments may result in restricted access or additional charges.
- Invoices are generated monthly unless otherwise stated.
- Payments once made are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Chanson Mart Private Limited reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation of membership or workspace bookings must be submitted in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on Chanson Mart Private Limited’s refund policy.
5. Conduct & Workspace Etiquette
To maintain a professional and comfortable environment, all members must:
- Respect fellow members and Chanson staff.
- Avoid loud conversations or disruptive behavior.
- Not engage in illegal or prohibited activities within the premises.
- Maintain cleanliness and avoid damaging property.
6. Internet & Technology Policy
Chanson Mart Private Limited provides high-speed internet for work purposes. Misuse of the network—including hacking attempts, illegal downloads, or harmful activities—is strictly prohibited.
7. Personal Property & Security
Members are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Chanson Mart Private Limited is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
Members must respect the privacy and confidentiality of others working within Chanson. Any sharing or misuse of personal or business information is strictly prohibited.
9. Access Restrictions
Chanson Mart Private Limited reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to its facilities for any member who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in inappropriate behavior.
10. Liability Waiver
Chanson Mart Private Limited is not responsible for injuries, loss, delays, or damages that occur during the use of our facilities, except where legally required.
